The Metamorphosis series of graphics are drawings made on equal-sized sheets of paper using architectural drawing tools, such as the ruling pen and rapidograph.
The quest to convey the ineffable experience of birth and death is carried out through an algorithm of stroke and grid transformation within the sheet. Each new story fragment is a transitional moment that acquires additional meaning within the moving narrative.
The pulsation is between order and chaos. Through countless transformations, the series of works describes both the miraculous and the natural emergence of the world, which has no end.
